Upon receiving your order please check it for defects and any damage that could have resulted from delivery, transportation, repackaging, etc., and carefully inspect the contents of the order.
If you sign the delivery and acceptance certificate the courier gives you, this proves that you have no complaints. The buyer can only file a complaint about the appearance of goods, the contents of the order and the conformity of goods received to those ordered before the seller delivers the goods to the buyer. Delivery of goods from the seller to the buyer takes place at the time of acceptance of the Order from the courier company. If discrepancies / damage were discovered after the actual receipt of the order, goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
